We undertook the development of a brand campaign to reposition Marie Stopes Clinics as premium 'women's wellness' clinics across Africa and Asia, addressing the risk of closures in rural areas due to funding challenges in 2021.

To diversify income, we launched new services in urban areas, expanding women's health offerings beyond contraception and abortion. Our role encompassed creating a culturally sensitive campaign, piloted in Ghana, with a focus on 'For Every Stage of Woman.' Through positive imagery, we aimed to instill pride in women for their changing bodies and promote health investment from menstruation to menopause.

The campaign resulted in nearly doubling client visits, a 58% increase in service income, and successful referrals through the call center and WhatsApp. The positive response allowed for additional budget allocation, enabling us to launch billboard and lamppost ads in Ghana and further adapt for rollout in other markets using our campaign playbook.
